El memorialista presentó recusación contra el Magistrado Jorge Iván Palacio Palacio para intervenir en la Sala que resuelva sobre el incidente de nulidad de la sentencia C-317/12, por considerar que tiene interés en el proceso. .
La Sala Plena encuentra que la recusación no resulta pertinente, pues no se logró demostrar una relación de correspondencia entre el hecho invocado por el recusante y el supuesto fáctico descrito en la norma.
Se RECHAZA POR IMPERTINENTE.
